No. Croatia-Med is not a medical agency and does not provide medical services. It serves solely as an information source and directory.

All data comes directly from verified healthcare providers. Information is manually verified by me and my team and is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure accuracy. Users can also report outdated or incorrect information, which we actively investigate and correct.
In addition, we do not only verify the information itself, but also check the licensing and registration status of all listed healthcare providers to ensure compliance and reduce any risk for patients and visitors.
Our goal is to provide a reliable and safe source of healthcare information for international patients in Croatia.

Croatia-Med was created out of real experience. As an expat, I personally experienced how difficult it can be to find clear medical information and the right healthcare provider in Croatia, especially during urgent or stressful situations.
In my case, as a German speaker, it was often hard to quickly find clear information about where to go, what to do, and which medical service was available.
Croatia-Med was built directly from this need: to make healthcare in Croatia easier to access, understand, and navigate for international patients and tourists through clear, structured, and reliable information without relying on intermediaries or agencies.

On eligible listing pages, use Report / claim in the sidebar. Choose claim listing, report incorrect data, or request removal, fill in the form, and submit. Our team reviews every request manually — ownership is not assigned automatically.

Some profiles include a contact form. Your message goes to the listed provider, not to Croatia-Med for medical advice. Response times depend on the provider; we do not guarantee a reply or appointment.

Where enabled, visitors may submit a rating and review. Reviews may be moderated. They must be respectful and factual — no spam or medical advice. Use them as one signal among others when choosing a provider.
